How UXsuite works

UXsuite provides real-time remote analytics through its in-product embedded software. These small software modules, called observation modules, do the job. They measure both objective usage behavior of customers as well as their subjective attitudes towards the product (e.g., collected through integrated questionnaires, Internet forums, call-center reports).

The collected data from products is sent to the UXsuite servers where it can be accessed for combined analysis. The picture below shows a couple of interactive reports and usage-flow analytics available with UXsuite.

Only the relevant information is collected and analyzed with UXsuite. With an easy-to-use graphical interface, in-house stakeholders can dynamically specify which information to collect while the products are being used in their natural contexts in the field. The collected data is then analyzed in a combined manner, using semantic process mining technology, to reveal the objective context of (preceding or succeeding) usage patterns that triggered subjective consumer feedback, which may be initiated by the consumer (e.g., report to a call center), or prompted by the product (e.g., pop-up questionnaire) based on the recognition of a predefined usage pattern as specified by in-house stakeholders.

UXsuite is compatible with all main (embedded) software platforms. UXsuite is opt-in and hence non-intrusive for consumers, since they can actively make the choice about the extent of their participation.
