Who we are

UXsuite's foundations come from a joint multidisciplinary research project (2005-2010) housed in Eindhoven University of Technology. The project resulted in exceptionally successful collaborations with the industrial partners (Philips, Océ), which triggered and drove the commercialization process of UXsuite for a wider audience.

Why we do it

• Because the usage of networked products becomes more and more complex. We think, users deserve better experiences in their diverse usage contexts to suit their individual usage habits. Technology should be an enabler; not a hinderer.

• Because we want to help professionals who are just not fine with less than a superior design in their products, and who believe that investing in good design is investing in building a strong brand via superior user experiences. We love to support such professionals with the right insights and actionable product usage information that can be scaled up and across populations of users around the globe.

• Because companies need powerful means to listen to all their customers' needs, expectations and preferences in context of their specific product usage patterns. Positive or negative. Feedback is an invaluable resource.
